Week one at the MTC was insane.
Before I get into that, I just want to say that they only let us write 3 lines last week, even though they gave us five minutes to type. Also the keyboards are messed up so forgive any errors.
So, anyway, week one was crazy. We have been learning tons of spanish and stuff about the gospel, to the point where my brain is fried every night when I go to bed. The Argentina MTC is absolutely nothing like I expected, and nothing like the MTC in Provo. We have 13 people in our district, which are all the people that were on the plane with me, with another North American District and tons of Latino districts. The Latinos affectionately refer to me as Elder Bieber. They literally line up to take pictures with me. That is not an exaggeration. I have two companions, Elder Udy (pronounced yoo-dee) and Elder Rogers. If I can send any pictures I will.
Some fun things about the food in the CCM (MTC)
- The food is really heavy and contains lots of bread and meat.
- It is actually pretty tasty most of the time.
- I don´t trust the quality level or contents at all.
I´ll also attempt to send other emails to people if I have time, and I´ll try to work on the format of my large emails as I go.
The MTC is a lot of hard work, and it feels like I have been here forever. Thanks to everyone for all the love and emails.
Elder Wilson
Sorry the internet is incredibly slow- The big companion is elder Udy and the other one is Rogers.
